Personal Styling After GLP-1 Weight Loss

Your body changed.Your closet has some catching up to do.

Learn to dress the body you have now. Build a closet you can’t wait to wear.

The clothes you used to walk right past?

Now you’re wondering what they’d look like on you.

Maybe you spent years choosing  what fit, what hid, or what felt safe. Suddenly, there’s a whole lot more to choose from. That can be disorienting. It can also be really exciting!

Because now you get to ask a different question:

“What do I actually want to wear?”

Behind The Reframe
Ros, founder of Reframed Style

Hi, I’m Ros.

I’ve lost 40+ pounds in three different decades of my life, so I understand very personally that “just buy clothes in your new size” is spectacularly unhelpful advice.

A smaller size doesn’t tell you why the jeans you thought would finally work still don’t, which brands are worth trying now, or what to do with all the choices you suddenly have.

I built Reframed to help you learn how to dress the body you have now, figure out what you love wearing, and find joy in opening your closet every morning.

I’ll teach you how to understand fit, help you experiment without wasting a fortune, and turn what we learn into a wardrobe you love, know how to wear, and feel confident in.

What I've learned working with women after significant weight loss

A smaller size is only part of the story.

  1. 01Your body can change faster than the way you see it.
  2. 02Your proportions may have shifted, and different parts of your body may not have changed at the same rate.
  3. 03A piece can be “your size” and technically fit, but still feel completely wrong.
  4. 04A brand you wore for years may suddenly fit completely differently.
  5. 05Some of the silhouettes you learned to wear were about hiding or working with the options you had. That’s different from knowing what you love to wear.
  6. 06The clothes you always thought you’d wear “if only” may finally fit. You may love them. You may not.
  7. 07Your closet can be a source of noise. Clearing out what doesn't work anymore makes room for what does.
  8. 08It can take time to stop shopping by the rules you learned for your old body.
  9. 09Having options can be surprisingly overwhelming when you’ve spent years shopping within constraints.
  10. 10Losing weight doesn’t make fit issues disappear. It just changes what good fit looks like.
The Reframe

We start with you.

Your body has changed, what fits has changed, and what you want to wear may have changed too.

So before I start putting clothes in front of you, we’ll work together to understand four things:

Body

Your proportions, how clothes fit you now, and what’s happening when something doesn’t work.

Style

What you’re drawn to, what you’ve always loved, and what you might want to try now.

Real Life

Where you go, what you do, and what your clothes need to do for you.

Clothes

The cuts, fabrics, proportions, brands, and details that bring all of it together.

How We’ll Work Together

We'll build from where your body is now.

If you’re still losing, it doesn’t make sense to build a forever wardrobe yet.  If you’re at maintenance, we can build for the long term.

Still Losing

The Transition Wardrobe

Dress the body you have now without overspending on a temporary size.

We’ll figure out what still works, what you need now, and where it makes sense to buy, rent, tailor, or wait.

You’ll learn how to dress your changing body, make smarter decisions about what’s worth buying, and leave with enough clothes and outfits to feel good getting dressed now.

What we’ll do

  1. Understand your body and style
  2. Figure out what still works
  3. Identify what you need now
  4. Shop selectively
  5. Build outfits you know how to wear

The Full Reframe

Build the wardrobe you’ve been waiting for.

We’ll go deep to understand your body, your style, and what your wardrobe needs to do for the life you live now.

Then we’ll test new possibilities, shop to build a wardrobe around what we learn, and turn it into outfits you know how to wear.

What we’ll do

  1. Understand your body and style
  2. Edit your closet
  3. Explore what’s possible
  4. Build your wardrobe
  5. Create outfits and a complete lookbook

EXECUTIVE COACH

Event Styling, Wardrobe Edit

Ros styled me for a major media shoot when I launched my coaching business. Showing up in clothes that felt like the most badass version of myself changed how I moved, spoke, and occupied space in that studio. I wasn't expecting such an immediate confidence shift, but it was undeniable. Booking a full closet edit right after was an easy decision. I used to think putting time and money into my wardrobe was superficial. Now I realize it's basic leverage for my business and for how I feel going out into the world. I only wish I'd done it years ago.

ENTREPRENEUR

The Signature Overhaul

After 30 years in the corporate world, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and was thriving. But my closet was overflowing with ghosts of my old corporate life, and I had no idea where to start in building up a new wardrobe. The Reframed Signature Overhaul felt like catharsis. Ros helped me clear the ghosts, home in on my style, and build the foundation. I never realized how much joy there can be in getting to dress for yourself. This was one of the best investments I've made in myself in a long time.

CORPORATE VP

The Signature Overhaul

A promotion came with a mandatory 5-day return to the office. After years of working remotely in clothes that barely passed on Zoom, my closet was nowhere near equipped for an executive table. And I didn't have the time, energy, or desire to spend weekends wandering stores trying to fix it myself. Ros stepped in and built an incredible, elevated capsule wardrobe that respected how I needed to show up for the role without turning me into someone I'm not. I look the part, feel like myself, and don't waste a second of mental energy getting dressed every morning.

Let’s talk about where you are now.

The Fit Call is a complimentary 30-minute conversation with me.

Tell me what’s changed, what your wardrobe looks like now, and what you want help with. I’ll tell you how I’d approach it and which service, if either, makes sense for where you are.
