Still Losing

The Transition Wardrobe

For women who have lost significant weight and are still losing.

You need clothes now. You also may not want to spend thousands rebuilding a wardrobe around a body that could change another size or two.

The Transition Wardrobe is built for that in-between stage.

We’ll figure out how to dress the body you have now, what’s worth buying, where you can keep using what you own, and where it makes more sense to rent, tailor, or wait.

You’ll leave with enough clothes to live your life and enjoy getting dressed without pretending this has to be your forever wardrobe.

The Process

What we’ll do

  1. Understand your body now

We’ll start with your current measurements, proportions, fit history, and the changes you’ve experienced.

You’ll learn why clothes are fitting differently, what to pay attention to when you try things on, and how to tell the difference between a sizing problem and a garment that simply isn’t cut for your body.

  2. Find your style direction

Your preferences may be changing right along with your body.

We’ll look at what you’ve always loved, what you’re drawn to now, what you may have been wearing from habit, and what you’re curious to try.

The goal isn’t to define your style for the rest of your life. It’s to know enough about what you like to make good decisions now.

  3. Figure out what still works

We’ll go through the wardrobe you have and sort out what:

    • works now
    • could work with styling or a sensible alteration
    • no longer earns space in your current closet
  4. Build the right wardrobe for right now

Then we look at your real life.

Work. Weekends. Travel. Dinner. Events. Whatever you’re getting dressed for.

We’ll identify what’s missing and decide where it makes sense to buy, rent, tailor, or wait.

  5. Shop selectively

I’ll source against the wardrobe plan we’ve built together.

We’ll work through fit, alternate sizes, returns or exchanges, and additional options when something doesn’t work.

You’ll also have room to experiment. We may test a different silhouette, brand, proportion, or something you’ve always wondered about without turning this stage into one enormous shopping spree.

  6. Put it all together

A wardrobe only helps if you know how to wear it.

We’ll create repeatable outfits from the pieces that stay and the pieces we add, so you leave knowing what works together and how to keep building intelligently while your body continues changing.

Buy / Rent / Tailor / Wait

Buy

Pieces you need and will wear enough to justify buying now.

Rent

A useful option for variety, experimentation, seasonal needs, or pieces you may not need to own yet.

Tailor

When an alteration can meaningfully extend the life of something you already have.

Wait

When the fit is likely to change enough that spending heavily now simply doesn’t make sense.

The Outcome

You’ll leave with

  • A Body Blueprint for the body you have now
  • A clear working style direction
  • A closet that makes sense for this stage
  • A Buy / Rent / Tailor / Wait wardrobe plan
  • Selective sourcing for your most important gaps
  • Fit and styling guidance through the try-on process
  • Repeatable outfits you know how to wear
  • A much stronger understanding of what to look for when you shop on your own

The Transition Wardrobe is a complete engagement. You do not need to come back for the Full Reframe later.

If you do return once you reach maintenance, we’ll start with what you learned and what has changed rather than pretending you’re starting from scratch.
