This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to the consumer health data that Reframed Style (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects from Washington residents, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act (Chapter 19.373 RCW). It describes the consumer health data we collect, why we collect it, where it comes from, whether we share it, and how you can exercise your rights.
To provide personal styling services, we collect the following categories of consumer health data directly from you:
We use this data for a single purpose: to assess your proportions and prepare personal styling recommendations for you. We do not use it for any other purpose.
We collect this data directly from you — through the information and photographs you submit in our intake, and through your communications with us.
We do not share your consumer health data with any third party or affiliate. We do not sell your consumer health data.
We use service providers (processors) — such as our intake-form provider and secure-storage provider — solely to store and process your data on our behalf so that we can deliver your styling services. These providers act under contract, consistent with the purpose described above, and may not use your data for their own purposes. The categories of such service providers are: Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare.
We keep your consumer health data only as long as needed to provide your styling services. We delete it when your project is complete, or sooner if you ask us to, unless you ask us to retain it.
If you are a Washington resident, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@reframedstyle.com. We will respond without undue delay and within 45 days of receiving your request; if we reasonably need more time, we may extend once by an additional 45 days and will tell you why within the first 45-day period. You may make these requests free of charge up to twice per year. We will not require you to create an account to exercise your rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will provide a written explanation of the outcome.
If we begin collecting new categories of consumer health data, or using your consumer health data for new purposes, we will update this policy and obtain your consent before doing so.
